About Within Without

Within Without was first published in 2020. Volume 01 spans 90 pages of musician Bill Rieflin's personal correspondence with Iona. It captures his intimate thoughts during the last four years of his life, from 2016 until his passing on March 24, 2020. His letters are beautiful, sarcastic, and disturbing, imbuing the mundane with whimsical reflections as he searches for deeper meaning amid his own illness and the death of his wife, Francesca.

Volume 01

A story about life. And death.

A friendship. And music.
